Saydence · Statement Analyser

Every statement, examined.

Saydence reads a written statement for the linguistic patterns that deception research pays attention to — on your device, phrase by phrase. An investigative aid, not a verdict.

Ten rules mark the phrases that stand out and score the statement — all on-device on the free tier. Nothing here is proof; it’s where a trained reader would look next.

What it is

A structured second read of written statements. Saydence surfaces linguistic indicators studied under SCAN, SVA / CBCA, and Reality Monitoring, and reports a per-rule breakdown with a credibility score.

What it isn’t

Not a lie detector. It can’t tell you whether someone is lying. The evidence base — SCAN especially — is contested in the research. Treat the output as a lead, never as proof.

Ten lenses, one statement

Each analysis runs the text through ten independent checks — parallel lenses, not a single number you can game.

A note on the science. These frameworks are research tools, not settled fact — SCAN in particular has limited support in mainstream forensic psychology. Saydence surfaces the signals because experienced readers find them useful as leads, and says so plainly in the in-app glossary.
